Concrete or ceramic tiles, what's the difference?
Concrete tiles are more affordable and quick to lay, in many colours. Ceramic tiles (clay) last up to 100 years and are ideal for complex roofs. We advise what suits your home.
Can I combine roof insulation with renovation?
Certainly, that's exactly the smart moment. Up to about 30% of heat loss goes through the roof. A subsidy is often available too (rijksoverheid.nl / energiesubsidiewijzer.nl).
Do I need a permit?
For replacing existing roof covering usually not. For monuments, protected townscapes or structural changes you do. We'll advise you on this.
Can we share the cost with the neighbours?
Yes. If we do the roofs of several homes at once, the price per m² is lower.
